What is Coingulp Portfolio

Portfolio is a personal dashboard where you see the value of all your crypto at once: coins you added manually, balances of your DEX wallets and balances of your accounts on centralized exchanges. For every asset Coingulp shows the current price, your average buy price and live P&L (profit or loss) in USD and percent.

• Manual entries: you add a coin, the amount and your average price
• DEX wallets: you paste a public address, Coingulp reads balances via public RPC
• CEX exchanges: you connect a read-only API key, balances sync automatically
• Live P&L: prices update in real time from the Coingulp feed of 7 exchanges

How it works

The three data sources work differently, and in all three cases your funds stay on your own wallets and exchanges — Coingulp only reads data.

• Manual coins: you enter symbol, amount and average price. Useful for hardware wallets, paper positions or coins not on major exchanges
• DEX wallets: you specify the network (Ethereum, BSC, Solana and more) and a public address. Balances are read through public RPC endpoints — no private key, no seed phrase, no connection to your wallet
• CEX exchanges: you create an API key on the exchange with read-only rights (no withdrawal, no trading). The key is stored encrypted and is used only to load balances and prices

3. 3. Watch the total value, total P&L and the weighted 24h change of the whole portfolio

What you get: a real example

Say you bought 0.5 BTC at $60,000 and 2,000 USDT, and you have an Ethereum wallet with 1.5 ETH. Coingulp shows:

• BTC position: current price × 0.5 = current value, cost = 0.5 × 60,000, P&L = the difference (e.g. +$2,500 at $65,000, i.e. +8.3%)
• ETH from the DEX wallet: value is calculated from the live price without you entering anything manually
• Total: the sum of all positions, total P&L and the portfolio\u2019s weighted 24h change — one number instead of five tabs

Tips

• For exchanges, always create a separate API key with read-only permissions and no withdrawal rights — then even a leaked key cannot move your funds
• Delete the API key on the exchange when you stop using the connection
• Update manual entries after big buys or sells, otherwise P&L will drift from reality
• Use the weighted 24h change to understand how your portfolio behaves compared to BTC alone
